Invoicing Specialist

Perkins Management Services Company is looking for some energetic people to join the accounting team. The primary function of the Invoicing Specialist will be to maintain and manage the complete invoicing process for all catering orders.


  • Manage the complete invoicing process of all catering customers in accordance with company procedures;
  • Obtain billing information from the company operational units;
  • Coordinate with operational unit staff to ensure timely invoicing of all catering orders;
  • Coordinate with operational units to ensure food and supply orders are appropriate and approved; 
  • Responsible for establishing new accounts in QuickBooks customer master log and updating customer account information as required. 
  • Responsible for enforcing internal order entry process guidelines and corporate control standards;
  • Ensure all catering activity is complete and accurate;
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in billing;
  • Communicate effectively within the company in order to resolve client inquiries and payments;
  • Provided reporting/spreadsheets as requested by management team;
  • Other general responsibilities;


  • Bachelor's Degree or Two-year associates degree preferred; Minimum experience level 5+ years in an administrative role;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications; Word, Excel and Outlook;
  • Proficient in QuickBooks;
  • Ability to calculate figures including discounts, precentages and proportions;
