Quality Control Manager
Job Summary: The Quality Control Manager is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality and safety of food products and services within the foodservice operation. This role involves implementing and maintaining quality control procedures, conducting inspections, training employees in quality and safety procedures; and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. This role also involves monitoring, training, and disciplining customer service employees as well as responding to customer service complaints.
